Eat to live do not live to eat. Our bad eating habits of over eating the junk or unhealthy food make us obess. Leading to increased number of people worried to stay fit or becoming calorie conscious. Sometimes we overlook the facts that are beneficial and go for the things which sound good but are not true.
People set their own guidelines which may not be relevant form the medical science’s point of view. So in this case these are termed as myths prevalent about fitness. Here we are discussing about some misconceptions hold by the mass to clarify the hidden fact:
1. Fruit juice is better that water
Water is the basis of our living so nothing can be compared with water. It is true that fruits have more nutritional value but on the contrary it is not right that your body will be healthier if your water intake is more. The point of notice is that the juice also contains a lot of sugar in the form of Fructose. So over diet of juice may result in gaining weight. So rely on water as it is the best way to loose weight.
2. Skip meals to shed extra kilos
It is a very common perception that we can loose our flabs or can shed some extra kilos by skipping some diets on regular basis. It is really a misconception as our body does not works in this way. Our body needs minimum three full course meals at regular intervals apart from the snacks that we take in between.
3. Excess of Carbohydrates make you fat
It is not true that the diets infested with Carbohydrates may lead you gain weight over the time. These are the calories that make you even though one should take less Carbohydrates.
4. No food intake at night
Our body is not working in night so as in days this is because our body burns out more calories in the day time. But it is not sufficient to skip the night dinners. What if you work at night? Do not play with your health.
The positive and negative are the two parts of the same coin. It is our intelligence to choose the most appropriate option for us that is the positive things. The realistic ability to ponder over the things is really essential. Hence I wish that before going for anything to do with your health please consider the associated facts as the lost health will not be recovered easily.
