The back of your arm, or the triceps area, is the one area where you really want to focus on because that is where arm flab hangs from. And if you really want to get rid of arm flab fast, you have to know which movements are worthwhile.
Unfortunately, there are an excess of opinions on which exercises are best for losing arm flab.
There is so much advice out there that you could become lost in the sea of information. Or even worse, you might never get started because of analysis paralysis.
So without further delay, here is my review of machine triceps extensions for reducing flabby arms:
1. Overview: I strongly believe that this is one of the best exercises for directly targeting the area where arm fat resides. And the best part is that you can go heavy with minimal risk of injury. Few exercises allow you to do this!
2. How to do it: Stand erect facing away from the machine. Grasp the machines bar with an overhand grip. Maintain your arms behind your head. Dig into the ground with your heels and extend your arms. Then slowly return the bar to the starting position, repeat.
3. High frequency errors: Not keeping the elbows locked in place. Allowing the abs to loosen up and the back deviate from its natural alignment. Trying to push through the movement even though the triceps are completely fatigued. And allowing the head to droop forward.
4. Final word: This is a top-tier exercise for directly toning the area where most women need help. The area where the jiggle lives! And remember that you can go heavy with this one and have minimal risk for injury. So make this exercise a staple in your arm toning program.
Doing the most effective exercises will get you the fastest results. Wasting time with flashy gadgets and flashy movements will most likely de-motivate you in the long run. After all, the best way to get toned arms is with basic movements done with intensity. Go heavy and go hard and you’ll get sexy arms in no time!

If you can work out harder you will lose more fat, there is no doubt here. And the level of your workouts is largely determined by your muscles.
Now a big and well nourished muscle can produce a lot of work allowing you to have super charged workouts. But there is a system further up the chain which controls your muscles-the nervous system.
So, without further ado, here is how to get your nervous system to help you lose more fat:
1. Exercise fast: You don’t have to do this all the time, but you want to have some type of speed training where your nervous system forces your muscles to move at maximum speed. Doing so will make sure that you don’t develop slow muscles which can’t produce the maximum amount of work.
2. Make sure your brain is well nourished: The primary vehicle for supplying nourishment to your brain is your circulatory system. So making sure your circulatory system is pumping full speed ahead is a great way to make sure you nervous system is getting all the nutrients it needs. An effective way to do this is to take some white willow bark.
3. Challenge your balance often: Your nervous system gets a powerful workout whenever you challenge your balance. But the challenge has to be tough or else you really won’t see any benefits here. So train on the outer edge of your abilities to see maximum gains.
4. Eat nerve friendly foods: Not all foods are created equal and food for your nervous system is no exception here. Healthy fats, especially omega 3 fats, are great for keeping your nerves and by extension, nervous system, healthy. So make sure you have lots of healthy fats and stay away from trans and saturated fats.
5. Manage stress: Not only does stress affect your body, but it can also burn out your nervous system. And a burned out nervous system is no fun. It will prevent you from lifting maximum weights and reduce the intensity of your workouts. So make sure you have coping mechanisms in place to reduce the stress on your mind and nervous system.
Keeping your nervous system primed for peak performance is critical if you want to have the best workouts possible. And remember that awesome workouts will translate into maximum weight loss. So take action on this advice today!

There is an excess of information out there on how to lose weight. The main issue here, though, is that a lot of this information is outdated and in some cases, downright dangerous.
Even worse, how are you supposed to separate the wheat from the chaff without an advanced degree in fat loss dieting?
So here are some common sense tips to make your dieting more effective:
1. Always inspect the nutrition facts: Companies can deceive you with the packaging of a product, but all the ingredients have to be in the nutrition facts-there is no way around this. So make sure you always read the nutrition facts when purchasing food you are unfamiliar with.
2. Reduce saturated fats as much as possible: Even if you are eating within your target caloric range, you should still strive to reduce saturated fats. You see, these types of fats reduce the amount of nutrients that go into your active tissues, thus feeding your fat cells. Moreover, they age your arteries.
3. Hydrate when hunger increases: It’s possible for your body to slightly confuse thirst for hunger. So before bingeing on food when you feel hungry, try drinking lots of water first. As an added bonus, hydration will help you digest food better.
4. Minimize alcohol consumption: In terms of alcohol, it’s not just about calories. It’s more about the impact it has on your hormones. You see, too much alcohol will blunt the amount of hormones your body produces. So make sure you minimize the damage here.
5. Have a worst-case-scenario-meal: It’s impossible to diet perfectly all the time. There will be times when your hunger simply overtakes you. The key here is to minimize the damage. And I’ve found that having a high fat and high protein meal does the trick just fine. You see, staying away from carbs is critical when this happens.
It’s unrealistic to expect to diet perfectly from day one. A much healthier and sustainable approach is to progressively improve your eating patterns over time. This is the best way to get the body you desperately deserve.

There are so many fad diets for losing arm fat. How are supposed to choose the right one? Picking the right nutritional approach for maximizing arm fat loss has become very difficult in this day and age.
But don’t panic, I’m here to the rescue.
Here are 6 reasons why arm fat and fasting don’t mix:
1. Metabolic meltdown. Fasting produces the fastest drop in metabolic rate of any other diet. And once your metabolism drops, you’ll burn less calories around the clock.
2. Biggest rebounds. Having a weight gain rebound is the most demoralizing thing because it makes you feel like your efforts were in vain, not good!
3. Can’t be sustained. Fasting is a non-sustainable endeavor. Eventually you will have to get off of the fast or you’ll suffer some pretty serious health issues, not good.
4. Intense hunger pangs. At least on a low carb diet you get the satiating effect of protein. But on a fast you get nothing. The end result will be uncontrollable urges to eat and eat, and eat.
5. Massive lethargy. Your body loves carbohydrates for energy. But without carbohydrates it can manage with protein. When you fast, your body gets neither. The end result is that it eats away muscle tissue for energy.
6. More sick days. Talk about a decrease in productivity! You can expect a much higher frequency of sickness as a result of muted immune responses. Without enough food, your body’s immune response will be severely compromised.
There are much more effective and sustainable ways of losing arm fat. And why start fasting if you can’t sustain it? Moreover, why subject yourself to the possibility of a major weight gain rebound? Ignore the fads and stick to what is sustainable and to what works. Only then will you reach sexy arm success!

Are you having a hard time picking the right diet to get rid of bingo wings? If so, you are not alone. After all, even government officials are having a hard time figuring out the best nutritional approach for losing fat.
Combine this will all the marketing lies out there and you have a recipe for mass confusion. And confusion is not good if you want fast results.
Now if the government can’t decide and if the marketers are flooding the media with lies, how are you supposed to choose the right diet to get rid of those bingo wings? If only things were simple in modern times.
The good news is that I’ve already navigated these waters for you. And I’m willing to share my finding so that you don’t have to go around in circles.
Thus, here are 4 pros of high carb diets for getting rid of bingo wings:
1. Lots of energy. Your active tissues (brain, muscle, organs, etc) prefer carbohydrates as their main energy source. If you eat properly balanced meals while going high carb, your energy levels should be really high.
2. You can satisfy your carbohydrate cravings. Carbohydrates are addictive-this has been proven time and again by research. And with a high carbohydrate diet, you don’t have to suffer carb withdrawal.
3. Retention of definition. Your muscles store carbohydrates in the form of glycogen. Every gram of carbohydrate that gets pulled into your muscle brings along 3 grams of water with it. So on a high carb diet your arms should look tight and compact, not jiggly and loose.
4. Amazing workouts. Your muscles work at maximum capacity when there is enough carbohydrate to go around. In contrast, working out while on a high protein diet will be mediocre at best.
Despite the benefits of high carb diets for getting rid of bingo wings, there are also many downsides. For the most part, women wishing to get fast results should NOT follow a high carb diet. I have found that moderate carb diets work best when done the right way. So stay tuned and don’t miss any of my reviews!

There are many approaches to fat loss. Some require an astronomical amount of will power, others require manageable amounts of effort. Which approach have you been following?
Unfortunately, if you follow a lot of the common methods of dieting, your experience could be devastatingly difficult. And knowing which method is best can be virtually impossible to figure out.
So here are 5 tips for make dieting as painless as possible for you:
1. Make things automatic: Once you have to decide between the pleasure food and the healthy salad, the emotional distress kicks in. But what if you never had access to the pleasure food to begin with? In this case, you would never have to make the emotionally difficult decision.
2. Spike your calories every so often: Staying in a negative caloric deficit for extended periods of time can destroy your metabolism. Thus, spiking the amount of food you eat can prevent this from happening. Moreover, you will get an emotional break from the dieting.
3. Pre plan your meals: Although simple, many people fail to do this. And when you don’t plan ahead, you are more likely to wait until hunger overtakes you. Once this happens, you are going to eat whatever you can get your hands on the quickest.
4. Increase roughage: Study after study has shown that as vegetable intake increases, fat loss increases. The leanest populations have the highest vegetable intakes. So make sure you eat as many vegetables as you can. This is a simple, yet effective way to ensure fat loss success.
5. Focus on patterns not minutiae: If you obsess over counting calories, grams of fat, grams of protein and grams of carbohydrates, you will burn out. Instead, focus on your general eating patterns. This will prevent you from burning out and when you eat healthy, you naturally consume less calories.
Getting in shape doesn’t have to be an insurmountable obstacle. If you are patient and automate the process, you will reach your goals. So don’t wait too long to apply this advice!

There are certain arm toning exercises that should be a staple in your program. And there are certain exercises that you should stay away from like the plague. Unfortunately, many women are consistently doing exercises that they should be avoiding.
Why does this happen?
I believe the root of the problem lies in tradition. There are certain exercises that women have been doing for so long that they keep on doing them without any questioning, not good.
But I come to you with good news. I’ve already done all the questioning for you. And I’m ready to share all the answers to my questions.
So without further delay, here is my review of triceps kickbacks for getting toned arms:
1. Snapshot: This movement has two enormous drawbacks. First, you are limited to using very light weights. Not good for maximum arm toning. Second, exercising one arm at a time is as inefficient as it gets.
2. How to do it: Keep your knees slightly bent and lean forward. Place one hand on a bench. Use your other hand to grab a dumbbell and align your arm along the torso. Lift the dumbbell by extending your arm. Then slowly lower it for a complete repetition.
3. Frequent mistakes: Not going through the entire range of motion. Swinging up and down to move the weight rapidly. And not keeping the elbows locked in position.
4. Bottom line: Just because all the other women in your gym are doing this exercise doesn’t mean that you should. There are far better exercises out there for toning the triceps. Do not buy into this one.
Having an effective selection of arm toning exercises for your workouts is critical for flabby arm success. Anything less would be a waste of time. So never do what everybody else is doing without first questioning the practice. Only then will you get sexy and lean arms!

There is an eternal debate about whether or not calories ultimately control fat loss. Many wonder if the type of food you eat is more important than the amount of calories you eat. In any case, there are more powerful entities here: hormones.
You see, hormones don’t really play within the bounds of the closed calorie model. They are extremely strong substances that penetrate your cells and create change.
Thus, here is how to make sure your hormones don’t prevent you from losing weight:
1. Control your blood pressure: You see, blood pressure doesn’t just effect your cardiovascular system, it also effects your endocrine system-the hormonal system. So if you have high blood pressure you should consider taking medications in the short term and include cardiovascular work in your regimen.
2. Stay away from hormonal supplements: Supplements that artificially increase your levels of hormones should be avoided at all costs. In fact, if you do this, in the end your body will produce less hormones because of negative feedback loops. So make sure you all natural.
3. Become more insulin sensitive: Doing so will divert more calories to your active tissues. And if more calories are going to your active tissues, less go to your fat tissues. Thus, increasing insulin sensitivity is a great way to burn more fat.
4. Resistance train: Resistance training is the best way to get your body producing as many hormones as possible. Now you don’t have to become a fitness freak here, but at the very least resistance train two times per week.
5. Get checked: The last thing you want is to not be able to lose fat because of a hormonal imbalance. And sometimes said imbalances require medical attention. So next time you are at your doctor’s office, ask for some testing.
Mastering your hormones is a great way to lose more fat, period. If you can get your body to produce as many hormones as possible naturally, you will be able to get the physique of your dreams!

Disassembling a fat cell is only part one of the process. Once disassembled, the fat cell’s contents have to be transported in order to be oxidized.
Thus, fat cells have to travel a distance before they can be burned away to oblivion. As a result, having better circulation will translate into more fat cell death.
So here is how to increase circulation so that you can burn more fat cells:
1. Directly work your heart: Cardiovascular exercise is the most efficient way to work your heart. But you have to be careful because if you go overboard, you could age your body and joints. So don’t just lift weights to get in shape, add in some high intensity cardio. Or, you could create a hybrid of weight lifting and cardio.
2. Track what’s going on: If you don’t have some type of tracking system, how will you know if you are improving? More importantly, how will you stay motivated? Two things you can start tracking today are blood pressure and heart rate. As both of these go down, your circulatory system becomes stronger.
3. Control your emotional center: Negative emotions don’t just stay in your head, they have profound effects throughout your entire body. Said effects can age your circulatory system, thus reducing your ability to get blood around efficiently. So make sure you have some type of daily routine that allows you to keep things in balance.
4. Modify your diet: There are foods that help your body increase blood flow by promoting arterial health. One such food is olive oil which does a great job at reducing arterial inflammation. And less inflamed arteries translate into better blood flow.
5. Get more restful sleep: The key here is that the sleep has to be restful. You see, you can be in bed for 8 hours and still be dead tired the next day. So make sure you get restful sleep or else your arteries and heart will prematurely age, thus decreasing circulation.
More blood flow translates into more fat loss, there is no doubt here. So take advantage of this advice today, don’t wait to act! You see, if you wait too long, you will forget what you have learned.

If you are serious about burning body fat, you have to restrict your calories to a certain degree. There is no way to avoid this-you have to do it.
And to complicate matters, too much caloric restriction can backfire by making your immune system so weak that you have to spend days in bed. Now keep in mind that days in bed will burn through calorie burning muscle tissue.
So, without further ado, here are 5 tips for preventing your immune system from tanking when you are burning body fat:
1. Increase your standard of hygiene: One of the biggest and simplest mistakes people make is not keeping their hygiene in check. You see, a lack of hygiene increases the amount of germs your body has to deal with. And this can increase your chance of getting sick when restricting calories.
2. Clean your water: Drinking unfiltered water is a fast way to stress your immune system. And just because you aren’t getting sick doesn’t mean your body isn’t constantly fighting off the germs in your faucet water. So get a cheap water filter at the very least!
3. Eat for immune strength: Manipulating your diet can have a huge impact on how well your immune system can function. Now one of the best things you can do is to eat a diet rich in flavonoids which will boost your immunity by leaps and bounds. The key here is variety because more variety translates into more of an effect.
4. Keep your social ties going: Maintaining a strong social network is paramount for maximum health. You see, research has shown that people with super strong social ties are more likely to not get sick. So don’t let your social bonds wither away no matter how busy you are.
5. Find your best coping mechanisms: Proper stress management is key to keeping your immune system healthy. So make sure you experiment with different modalities: meditation, group talk, walking, etc. Then once you find the best one, stick with it.
Strong immunity is key when trying to burn body fat as fast as possible. You see, most people fail to realize this and end up in a constant cycle of sickness and moderate health. So take action here quickly!
