Happiness and law of attraction are strongly connected. If you haven’t ever heard of the law of attraction, then that’s okay, because it is very easy to understand. It’s actually very similar to the concept of positive thinking. It revolves around you possessing positive thoughts in order to attract wealth and happiness into your life.

The Law of Attraction isn’t a new concept and in fact has been around for a long, long time. It really works. When you think positive thoughts, the Law of Attraction isn’t far behind. Think about this for a minute. Do you know someone who seems to ‘have it all,’ and is relaxed, carefree, and comfortable in his or her own skin? That’s because they live by the adage that positive thoughts mean positive things. In other words, if you think negative thoughts, that’s what you’re going to attract. If you think positive thoughts, that’s also what you’re going to attract.

Your thoughts are made up of energies, which is also what you are. If you are thinking positive thoughts, then you are made up of positive energy and abundance in your life will follow.

This type of affirmation work is especially important when you don’t feel like doing it, by the way. The Law of Attraction works on this, too. If you become discouraged, frustrated, sad or angry, don’t worry about it, but change your attitude as soon as you recognize it and think of something positive. You’ll ultimately need to change the way you deal with life and banish negative thoughts in order to use the Law of Attraction to your best benefit and to be fulfilled in your life.

In fact, your mind is your only to limitation to having the life you want. Do you think you can’t live a life that’s happy and abundant? Why not? Other people have certainly done it. Dwelling on the negative is only going to get you more negative, so don’t do that.

In addition, learn to ‘go with the flow.’ That’s important because positive energy flows, and if you know this, it will flow in your life in one way or another.

Once you begin to see that the Law of Attraction and happiness are interconnected, you’ll see that things will begin to right themselves in your life.

If you’re feeling sad or depressed, that negativity will drive happiness away from you. And, if you dwell on it, you may end up wallowing in it by watching a depressing movie, hanging out with negative friends, and so on. If you stay in this state long enough, you’re going to build your life around negative circumstances without even realizing you’re doing so.

Manifestation refers to the ability to ‘make things happen.’ This is a relatively simplistic explanation but one that we can all work with. Manifestation is a power that we all have to one degree or another. Tapping into the power that we currently have and being able to harness it more directly is something that we can work at and become much more adept at.

There are a lot of various suggestions all over the internet about increasing your power of manifestation. Some experts say that the foods you eat can have a direct effect on your intuitive ability to tap into your own senses while other experts claim that a heightened awareness is all that is required.

The power of the mind has yet to really even be partially explored. The mind is capable of so many different things that we just don’t fully understand. We can do these things and often not even realize that our mind is responsible. When it comes to manifestation, many people already know the basics.

How many times have you been told that healing your ill body is just as much in your mind as it is in your body? How many times have you been told that focusing on what you really want will get you there? These are mild forms of manifestation. Eliminate Your Limiting Beliefs…Forever!

Are you blocking your own path on your journey of manifesting your desires? Are you standing in your own way to prosperity and abundance? Do you have long-standing limiting beliefs that hold you back from accomplishing what you really want? The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can help rid you of your limiting beliefs but you must know what those beliefs are to be able to free yourself from them.

The first step to identifying your beliefs is to be mindful of your situation and how you are feeling at that time. Reflect upon your feelings and question the feelings that you are experiencing. Are any memories surfacing for you? Do you have negative feelings or is something not quite right? Then assign your feeling or pain a number based on a 1 to 10 scale, where 10 means you are feeling spectacular. Consider what is preventing you from reaching a 10. You may experience physical pain, negative emotions or remember a fight you had with a loved one. Once you’ve identified this negativity you can remove it so that it no longer gets in your way.

Watch for physical sensations when dealing with your limiting beliefs; they will give you clues as to an effective ridding process without necessarily needing to open up each and every belief. For example, if you find that deep down you feel like you just don’t deserve true love, and you simultaneously feel a pang in your lower belly, this could indicate additional similar limiting beliefs are attached to the original feeling that you don’t deserve success. If you find this pang rest assured that you can clear out those additional limiting beliefs by addressing the initial one.

Sometimes, however, the garbage is spread all over and smells so bad you have to figure out what’s in there and get rid of it piece by piece. How deeply we need to look at our own garbage varies according to the individual and the circumstances.

Beliefs about Money and Self

Money and self are two major areas of beliefs that limit many people. Folks sabotage their abundance with thoughts that money is the root of evil or that rich people are greedy. Most of us have as much money as we believe we should have. What would happen, you might ask, if you had money that goes beyond what you currently believe you should have?

This is similar to limiting beliefs we hold about ourselves. When you’re up for a job promotion do you automatically discount your chances because you’re not “good enough”? When someone expresses love toward you are you suspicious of their motives? Do you believe they must be faking it because how could anyone really love you? All these thoughts indicate that you are limiting yourself by feeling you don’t deserve happiness. These limiting beliefs about money and self may have been held in your unconscious mind for a long time, controlling your thoughts and actions without you even being aware of them.

Clearing Limiting Beliefs

Clearing out your limiting beliefs is a necessary step to get out of your own way on your path to abundance. Identifying a limiting belief happens first and then you can eliminate it. Do you notice any shifts in your perception as you work out this limiting belief? Even a seemingly small thing, like consistently feeling more hopeful and positive about your future is a sign you’re on the right track.

Once you are aware of these beliefs you can start to peel them back in layers, like you’re peeling an onion. At times you may need to clear one issue at a time; at other times you may experience a breakthrough on one issue that causes a clearing of lots of limiting beliefs.

Identifying your limiting beliefs and letting them go will move you closer to having a prosperous and abundant life, a life lived at 10.

Is The Law Of Attraction Working For Your Benefit or Demise?

Our thoughts, both conscious and unconscious, determine the reality of our lives. This is the fundamental principle of the Law of Attraction. By having unwavering faith and by believing that we can attain our goals, it is possible to achieve them; however, the opposite is also true. If your conscious and unconscious thoughts are negative, they will bring to fruition the opposite of your goals and desires. The intentions of your thoughts will make those thoughts come true, either positively or negatively.

To understand the Law of Attraction one must first understand that all people and all things are made up of energy and vibrate in their own distinct frequency. Each thought a person has is imprinted with a distinct energy that interacts with the other energy fields surrounding that person. This interaction creates and manifests tangible reality into our lives, and focuses our perception on experiences that only exist within that narrow frequency. By aligning our thoughts to higher, more positive frequencies, we are actively creating positive manifestations and experiences in our lives

Increase Positive Vibration

Our first challenge is to make sure our personal vibration is in the most positive frequencies and focused in the right direction. It’s easy to say that you want something nice, like a big house or a new car. This statement of desire is a good starting place but does not go deep enough to truly affect your vibration. Focus on one thing that you want, get a good solid picture of it in your mind, and now start moving closer to it. Notice as the picture becomes fuller, brighter, and as the object of your desire grows larger and larger, filling up the frame. You can smell it, hear it, feel it, walk in the front door – now you’re really starting to affect your vibrations. Remember that like attracts like and that what we think about we bring about. Focus only on having what you really want and that’s all that you’ll get.

Choose Abundance

Do you ever feel that you won’t get something even though you want it badly? Have you ever wanted to be hired into a position for which you were certainly qualified? At the same time, you may have been thinking privately to yourself that you probably wouldn’t get the job. When you think about your goals you cannot give in to self-doubt. Doing so quiets the vibrational energy that brings your desires to you. You must increase your vibrational energy so as to attract things you want. In order to have what we want, we must stop creating road blocks and begin opening our minds up to a new way of thinking. We must retrain our minds to realize that external occurrences do not have to dictate our internal environment, our feelings. We needn’t be products of our environment; rather we need to remember that we are feeling beings living in relation to our environment. For example, you can live your life worried each day about how your bills will be paid or you can choose to reject the constant, nagging ideas and have positive thoughts and feelings toward money in spite of circumstances. By thinking about money in a positive light, you change your energy from dark to light and from negative to positive. Doing so creates energy that attracts financial stability.

Abundance, by definition, flows freely and never runs out. In our all inclusive universe abundance is available to everyone in unlimited quantities. The old idea of “if you’re getting a lot I must be losing something” is a false notion that only keeps a person suspicious of true abundance. If you choose to seek abundance and prosperity and wealth then seek them fully and faithfully, and look for them everywhere you go. Rest easy in your knowledge that there is more available to you than you could ever desire, now and for all time.

Decide and Trust

In order to bring about the changes you desire, you first need to reflect upon your true self. While looking deep within yourself, decide what you truly want, what you are genuinely seeking, and what simply makes you feel good regardless of the price. Price is not an obstacle. You can pull money toward you to pay for the things you want.

Think of it this way. Once you know what you want you can go to the store to look for what you want, knowing that you have enough money for it. Or, you can try to get as much money as you can and then trying to figure out what you want. The Law of Attraction says that once you know what you want, you can get it. So the first task is to decide what you really want and feel good about it. You will have enough money for it.

Enjoy the Moment

The future will come soon enough and the past is too far gone to worry about. Be mindful now. Be present now. Be present in each and every moment of your life. Do what makes you happy and what makes you feel fulfilled. Don’t congest your mind with concerns about the presence or absence of money. Success and happiness come from recognizing the blessings in life and appreciating them while you are in the moment.

Holographic Creation is More Powerful than Visualization

Holographic creation differs from visualization in many ways and is much more powerful. In “Ten Ways that Holographic Creation is More Powerful than Visualization,” Christopher Westra expounds on the differences between these two. Below is a summarization of the differences.

1. Present vs. Future. Too often visualization is concerned with picturing future events, almost like a game of “let’s pretend.” To get the most out of Law of Attraction you must bring these visualizations into the present, and holographic creation allows you to do just that – you are experiencing what you want as if it were happening right now, down to every last detail and ecstatic emotion. If you desire a new car, don’t just picture yourself driving that car in a thought bubble. Instead, close your eyes and see your fingers grasping the door handle, feel your arm muscles pulling open the door and smell all that fresh leather as you imagine sliding into the driver’s seat.

2. Actual creation vs. Just a picture. Your goal with holographic creation is to actually create something you desire in your present, so that when you are finished you can see an object existing independently of you – similar to the powerful images of a dream that still exists in your environment even as you wake. Visualizations rarely carry this much weight and often fade into thin air once your concentration is removed from them, even for an instant.

3. Permanent vs. Short lived. A visualization is short lived. When you stop the visualization, the picture disappears. It goes away when you stop giving it energy. A holographic creation that is properly constructed grows independently, even when you are doing other things. You give your holographic creation some energy-don’t spend too much time on it–then let it go and it will grow.

4. Multi dimensional vs. Two dimensional. Holographic creations carry much more mass than visualizations, and much more power, too.

5. Inner vs. Outer – You create a hologram in your inner world. Because anything that exists physically existed mentally or spiritually before, you have to feel the inner feelings to manifest what you want. You do this by working it over in your mind first, making it real in your mind, and feeling the feelings. Visualization occurs only in your outer world.

6. Emotional power vs. Detailed images only. Holographic creation uses emotion. By using a variety of emotions, the process increases a person’s emotional repertoire and makes emotions more powerful. Americans, especially men, are not very emotionally literate. Their vocabulary for expressing emotions is very limited, and they don’t explore emotions much. If you only use words like “good,” “fine,” or “angry” to express your emotions, you limit your emotional experience. With holographic creation you name your emotions and feel them.

7. Gratitude vs. Grasping. Gratitude is essential to balancing your energies. Different from visualization, holography means being grateful for what you presently have. You cannot create a hologram from a place lacking in gratitude. You want to remember what you have in this moment while thinking “I have quite a lot and I have everything I need. I’m not desperate to have more than I have. I simply desire it.”

8. Hope vs. Doubt. When you do your holographic creation, you have hope, because hope is the perfect expectation of good things to come.

9. Relaxed welcoming vs. Grasping neediness. This means that you welcome something more, something better, but you don’t actually need it. When you are really needy and must have something, it’s like putting a kink in the hose-you stop the flow. The law of detachment is about letting go, which is not always easy. It involves being content with what you already have and not thinking that you have to have something outside of yourself in order to feel a certain way, because you don’t. Once you learn to be happy where you are, the universe allows you to move on. When you are content with where you are and what you have, you can manifest whatever you want.

10. Always works vs. Sometimes works. Holographic creation always works, no ifs, ands, or buts about it.

Holographic Creation Sheet…The Secret To Visualization

Filling out a holographic creation sheet will take you into the process of holographic creation. The most important thing is the process of filling out the sheets. The sheets make for a very good focusing tool to keep your mind from wandering away from your holographic creation.

Lots of people attempt to make a holographic creation without filling out the sheets, but it can amount to wasted time and energy and may make you doubt the effectiveness of the process. Do yourself a favor and fill in the sheets. You may find that setting aside time each morning is most effective and the practice itself will also enrich the rest of your day.

When you write down the emotions and the image details you create something real. Spend 20 minutes every day, and then let it go. You don’t need to keep thinking about it or going back to the sheet. It’s active even when you are not thinking about it.

First start with a category, either general or specific, and write this category down on the sheet. Now think about what you are grateful for relating to that category and list those things to the right of the category. For example, if your category is a buying a black BMW you might be grateful that BMWs are already made and are readily available in black. Being grateful enhances your mood and vibration and takes you out of a focus on lack. This is incredibly useful because you cannot manifest anything in a state of lack.

The next step is to write down the image detail and the emotion relating to your category. Going back to the Hawaii example, your emotion may be relaxed. Your image may be of the place you want to be in Hawaii-the house, the hot tub, your family, and the surroundings. Include conversations with the people around you. Now you have the image detail tied in with the emotions.

In another example, the category is the Hummer you want to own. You are grateful for your Volkswagen. Your image is that of you showing the Hummer to your friends, driving it around, and having people admire it. In your emotions you are feeling fun, rich, and powerful. Another image for the Hummer could be you four-wheeling in the mountains, where you feel bold, strong, or adventurous. In this way you can have more than one image/emotion combination for a single category.

Each category has action items. These are things that come up, that you might need to do. If you want a Hummer, an action item might be to test drive one. You might hang up pictures of Hummers, or figure out gas mileage. For the trip to Hawaii, action items might include purchasing tickets, arranging for a babysitter, talking to people who have been there, and buying travel books.

If you desire something large or extravagant, you may want to write it down daily. For instance, you might be planning a vacation to Las Vegas. You might want to write the same date every time but you can use different details and emotions regarding the trip each day that you write. You can certainly mix short-term categories and larger things on your sheet.

True value comes from the actual process of writing down the emotions and the image details. You can throw your sheets away when you’re done if you’d like because your holographic creation now has enough energy to grow on its own. It will grow independently in the background, allowing you to spend your time and focus on other tasks.

Removing the Rules that Limit Abundance

Who sets the standards for how you should feel? If someone is rude to you and cuts you off in traffic, are you allowed to still have a great day? If your significant other is unexpectedly laid off, can you continue to believe in the stability of your future finances? Or must you succumb to doubt and worry and allow a growing panic of impending doom to linger in your belly? The truth is you set the standard for how you should feel, and you choose the feelings that you have.

These rules are not written in stone. You have the ability to choose a happier, more positive outlook on life. There are no prerequisites for being happy. You don’t have to make a certain amount of money nor do you have to achieve a certain status before you’re allowed to be happy. Though it can be difficult to change our thinking, the first step is to recognize that these rules are ideas programmed into us by others. It can be difficult to change but once we decide to be happy, we are happy. This is the choice available to you in every situation, everyday.

It is the accumulation of all these incoming instructive messages that we call programming, much like each channel on your television carries specific programming. Over the many years you’ve been alive these various messages have been imprinted into your subconscious mind, and this programming controls the wheel and drives you through much of your day. Your subconscious mind initially held onto each of these signals as a means to protect you, but these beliefs will not serve you as you seek prosperity. They will only hold you back.

Unfortunately, not all our limiting beliefs and feelings go away when they are no longer needed. Because these fears and negative emotions block us from abundance, it is important to rid ourselves of them. We resist abundance because part of our mind believes it’s unsafe or not right for us to have it. When we clear our limiting beliefs we begin to believe that we deserve abundance; then we attract abundance to our lives.

Thankfully letting go of these beliefs can be accomplished through many easy techniques, including affirmations, visualizations, gratitude lists and the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

Gratitude List

A gratitude list is one way to shift your energy. When you write down everything in your life for which you feel grateful, you see that you do experience abundance and success. On days when you feel there is little to be grateful about, you can still appreciate that you can breathe successfully. You may not think that’s a big deal, but you can’t live without it. You breathe, so you are successful at the most important thing. You have the capacity for success. Think about it this way: Is it more important to be successful at breathing or to be successful at business? Of course, if you are not successful at breathing you can’t be successful at business. So, if you can breathe, you are successful, and you have something to be grateful about.

Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, is an energy modality based on acupuncture. Chinese medicine practitioners have been using acupuncture for thousands of years to increase the flow of energy through the body. Energy flows through the body along pathways called meridians. When the meridians are blocked we are out of balance, which is a state of illness or disease. Our natural, balanced state is health, wellbeing, and happiness. EFT frees us from programmed limitations and helps us restore our natural state of joy, balance, and flow.

EFT helps us to move beyond the confines others have set for us and brings us closer to the abundance we seek. Once untied from the restrictions of our misguided beliefs we can begin to uncover our true self and find that we are happy, healthy, loving people who enjoy prosperity.

Gratitude lists and EFT are two simple ways of changing your energy to manifest abundance in your own life.
