Most adults have to have their daily intake of caffeine every morning just to get them kick started. Caffeine can be in the coffee we drink or the Red Bull, Coke or quite a few other things that we take for granted.

Another issue with caffeine drinks such as coffee is that if you do drink a lot of coffee each day it can also impact on your weight. This is because every time you drink coffee it can often be with milk or cream and sugar and all of these are calories that you do not really need. If you do drink lots of coffee you could try to have it black and with sweeteners.
